FOX RUN LODGE & RV CAMPGROUND
Fox Run Lodge and RV Campground has made some big changes! We now have lakefront rooms and efficiencies available to rent by the day or week, a fine art gallery, gift shop and general store. Banquet, picnic, and meeting spaces can accommodate groups up to 50 people.
Alaska outdoor safety courses provided through North America Outdoor Institute are held on site year round. Topics include mega flora fauna, orienteering, navigation, safe glacier travel, wilderness first aid and more. The hiking trails at Fox Run merge with the Crevasse Moraine Trail System which includes 6.7 miles of trails built on a network of ridges and depressions formed by glaciers. The trails are well marked so you can choose the level of difficulty of terrain.
For those of you with more civilized tastes there are restaurants, shopping malls, and movie theaters nearby.
We are looking forward to meeting you!
The fishing is great; just ask Mitch! There are four different kinds of fish in the lake including: Dolly Varden, Landlocked Salmon, Grayling, and Rainbow Trout. There are also 11 other lakes in the immediate area surrounding our park. We will be happy to supply maps to the Kepler-Bradley Lakes trail system for those interested in going on hikes.
There are two play areas for the kids, as well as a 16' dock to fish and swim from.
